IIL, we provide total quality sales, total quality representation
to their customers, and high back-end retention. We are committed
to ongoing improvement within each campaign. With this objective
in mind, we follow an in-house quality process at IIL and
we are in the process of acquiring Quality Certification using
the COPC standard.
Our Quality program, which drives our internal processes,
has been designed with best practices, quality standards and
methodologies in mind.
The quality program has been deployed at two levels:

corporate level
o
The
project level.
At the corporate level, the quality program includes strict
monitoring systems, feedback loops and corrective and preventive
measures. At an individual project level, our quality programs
are drawn up in seamless integration with our clients' quality
processes and specific methodologies to ensure standardization
across client centers.
