The Board of Directors of IIL exercise overall supervision and control on policy matters. The day to day management of the affairs of the company is carried out by dynamic departmental heads under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Mr. Vimal Kumar Patni, Chairman has vast experience in project management, engineering, implementation and control as head of the Impex Group of companies which are in operation for over three decades.

Mr. Ravi Bhattad, Director has been associated with critical telecommunication software development, training and IT education for over a decade. He has very wide experience conceptualizing new projects and implementing them in record time schedule.

Mr. Vikash Patni, Director is a management graduate having experience in managing operations with large work groups. His expertise in manpower management is helpful in running the operations of the company efficiently.


The operations of the company are divided into well defined departments:

	a)	Human Resources Development and Training which includes staffing, compensation and benefit planning.
	b)	Process Development and Quality Control which includes process supervision, campaign migration supervision and quality assurance.
	c)	Technology Planning and Implementation which include hardware engineering, telecom engineering, network administration and software engineering.
	d)	Finance and Treasury Operations include development, implementation and maintenance of management information system (MIS), regulatory and legal compliance, finance planning and treasury management.
